Born in 1987, I have been doing photography since 2011. The most important visual and spiritual impact on me was from Georgy Pinkhasov, Andrei Tarkovsky, Cartier Bresson, Tim Walker, Thomas Roof, Jeff Wall, Alex Web and Alec Sot.
I use a variety of techniques to create my work: collages, analogue materials, and photography representation.
Artist Statement:
I really want to believe that our whole life is not true. Therefore, in my works, I often invent parallel worlds and non-existent stories, passing them off as absolutely true. After all, if the opposite is not proven, then they exist.
I question everything that seems so real to us: people, relatives, feelings, familiar faces, our things, the stories of our lives, the stories of our family. All of this may not be true. Everything that someone has told may not be. Hence, I can distort your data. I have already distorted them, questioning them.
I shoot fragments of memory, non-existent stories and non-existent worlds. All information is transmitted in parts. So that the viewer can come up with their stories within my stories, I remove some parts. After all, when a story is like a dream, it is so interesting for us to remember it over and over again.
In the last project, we examine the validity of the folk tale concept. The author of the tale is Anna Grigorieva. The collage is removed in pieces, because no one knows the full story.
